I am available to run workshops or seminars on psychological themes. Below is a sample selection of workshops I have run in the past. I would be happy to create a workshop for your organisation, please get in touch to discuss.

3 Dream Workshops at The Healthworks in Walthamstow in 2013

        Sunday morning workshops with
         Ruth Calland, Jungian Psychotherapist

At: The Health Works, 111a Hoe St, E17 4RX

dddd

In a warm, safe and friendly atmosphere these Sunday  morning sessions will begin with delicious coffees and croissants in the airy Health Works loft space. Stimulating activities will provide you with the tools and resources to use dreams to reflect creatively on states of mind, and opportunities for growth. All materials provided.

Sunday November 10th,  10am – 1 pm
Lifting the Veil: depths of meaning

We will look at how dreams are structured, through sequence and imagery.  We will explore how to harness the power of making associations to our dreams, and uncover archetypal themes.

Sunday November 24th ,  10am – 1 pm
Entering the Dream: active imagination

We will use Active Imagination, a technique developed by Carl Jung. This will allow you to interact with your dream as a living image, and to enter into a creative dialogue with your inner world.

Sunday December 8th,  10am  – 1 pm
Social Dreaming: connecting to others

We will create a Social Dreaming Matrix, sharing and associating to our dreams, and seeing connections where possible.  Emergent themes can be thought about in relation to our shared community.
